Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of TAFS Financial's website and professional services.

Effective Date

November 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TAFS Financial ("TAFS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website — and any of the professional services we offer through it, including tax preparation, tax resolution, bookkeeping, wealth management, and business formation — you ("you," "the Client," or "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access the site or engage our services. Your continued use of the site after any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

TAFS Financial is a full-service financial firm headquartered in Mississippi offering tax preparation, tax resolution, bookkeeping and accounting, wealth management, and business formation services. The specific scope of services you receive will be defined in a separate engagement agreement or service order.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance except as required by applicable law.

3. Professional Relationship

Nothing on this site constitutes individualized tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. General information, articles, and blog content are provided for educational purposes only and may not reflect your particular situation.

A formal advisory or representation relationship is established only when a signed engagement letter is executed. Until then, no confidential information should be transmitted through this website, and no duty of confidentiality or fiduciary duty is created.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Tax outcomes, refund amounts, resolution settlements, and investment returns depend on factors unique to each Client, many of which are outside our control. While our team applies professional skill and diligence to every engagement, TAFS Financial does not guarantee any specific financial result, refund, reduction, or outcome.

Statistics and figures presented on this site are illustrative and based on past client results; past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Client Responsibilities & Eligibility

You represent that all information, documents, and records you provide to TAFS Financial are true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to respond promptly to information requests and to inform us of any material change in your circumstances.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to engage our services. By using this site you confirm you meet these requirements.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are set forth in your engagement agreement or service order and are due according to the terms stated therein. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are payable in U.S. dollars.

TAFS Financial reserves the right to charge late fees on overdue balances and to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Fees for completed work are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and design elements — is the property of TAFS Financial or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.

You may view and download content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit information, documents, or messages through our forms or client portal, you grant TAFS Financial a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that material for the limited purpose of providing services to you and operating our business.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any third-party materials you share with us.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites, software platforms, and financial products (such as bank products and tax software). TAFS Financial does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk, and any separate terms between you and that provider govern your relationship with them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

TAFS Financial does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAFS Financial and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from this site is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, if any.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAFS Financial and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

TAFS Financial may terminate or restrict access to this website and our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and indemnity sections — will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi.

You agree to waive any objection to venue and to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

TAFS Financial may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
